Dr. Rodolfo Freire has been in private practice since 2012 and holds certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine.

He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Carlos J. Finlay in Habana, Cuba, in 1999. Before completing his residency, he engaged in research involving psychiatric patients and also served as a Professor of Pathology at Florida Carrier College. His residency in Internal Medicine was successfully completed at the University of Texas in 2008.

In 2011, Dr. Rodolfo Freire became a part of Internal Medicine Associates, initially as a Hospitalist for Lee County Memorial Health Systems. Subsequently, in 2012, he established a cutting-edge medical practice in the charming city of Naples, Florida. In the same year, he earned recognition as one of America's Top Physicians from the Consumer's Research Council of America. Dr. Freire maintains affiliations with several hospitals, including NCH and Physician's Regional.

Dr. Freire operates as a private, fee-for-service healthcare provider, dedicating time to engage in meaningful conversations and active listening with his patients during every visit. He is proficient in both English and Spanish. Beyond his medical practice, he takes pleasure in spending quality time with his family, indulging in culinary pursuits, and enjoying outdoor activities.
